A ground-floor retail space built out from the ground up. MAAF framed the demising and feature walls, ran drywall and insulation, and installed an acoustic ceiling and finishes — turning an empty bay into a finished storefront interior.
Work was sequenced to hand the space over on the tenant’s opening date.
